Nordic Walking in the Frankonian Forest – get active
Hardly any other sport combines fitness and health like Nordic Walking, brisk walking with or without sticks. And where could both versions be carried out better than in a protected natural landscape with health recommendations like the Frankonian Forest National Park?
The Frankonian Forest National Park, with its central mountain climate free of Chinook winds, offers ideal conditions for Nordic Walking. On a variety of challenging distances, you can learn and practice Nordic Walking. The entire Frankonian Forest with its extensive walking path network is most suitable for Nordic Walking. Anyone who doesn’t want to walk alone can join one of the Nordic Walking groups (Kronach 7km and Pressig 2km) which walk together. And if the walk ends at one of the beautiful hotels of the Frankonian Forest, a well-earned reward for the exercise awaits...
